Simmons First National Corporation (Nasdaq: SFNM) is a financial holding company headquartered in Arkansas that operates through its principal subsidiary, Simmons Bank, an Arkansas state-chartered bank in operation since 1903. The company maintains a website at www.simmonsbank.com and serves as a regional financial institution with significant presence across six states.

As of December 31, 2025, Simmons First operates approximately 222 financial centers throughout Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. The company manages total consolidated assets of $24.54 billion, total consolidated loans of $17.49 billion, total consolidated deposits of $20.18 billion, and equity capital of $3.42 billion. The organization employs approximately 2,917 full-time equivalent associates across its operations.

Simmons Bank provides comprehensive banking and financial services through three primary operating groups: community banking focused on retail and small-to-mid-size customer relationships plus mortgage lending; commercial banking serving larger, more complex customers; and wealth management addressing investment and trust needs. The bank offers commercial lending products including commercial real estate financing, construction loans, commercial and industrial credit, SBA lending, and agricultural finance. Consumer banking services encompass deposit products, ATM services, internet and mobile banking, consumer loans, credit cards, and safe deposit services. The company also operates insurance agencies providing personal and corporate coverage through wholly-owned subsidiaries Simmons First Insurance Services, Inc. and Simmons First Insurance Services of TN, LLC.

The company's growth strategy has historically emphasized both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. Since 1990, Simmons First has completed 21 whole bank acquisitions, one trust company acquisition, five bank branch acquisitions, and multiple FDIC failed bank acquisitions. Recent significant acquisitions include Landmark Community Bank and Triumph Bancshares in October 2021, and Spirit of Texas Bancshares in April 2022, which collectively expanded the company's footprint and scale in key Tennessee and Texas markets.
