Standex International Corporation (NYSE: SXI) is a diversified industrial manufacturer serving commercial and industrial markets with engineered components, equipment and custom solutions. Its four reportable segments are Electronics, Aerospace and Defense, Scientific, and Engraving & Hydraulics. Electronics supplies sensing and switching technologies, instrument transformers, and magnetic power-conversion components, primarily to original equipment manufacturers and industrial equipment makers. Aerospace and Defense produces formed metal components and assemblies for aerospace, space, defense, energy and medical customers. Scientific makes temperature-controlled equipment for healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and industrial applications. Engraving & Hydraulics provides custom tooling textures and surface finishes, as well as engineered hydraulic cylinders and systems, serving customers including automotive manufacturers, equipment makers and distributors. Products are sold under brands including Standex Electronics, Spincraft, McStarlite, American BioTech Supply, Mold Tech and Custom Hoists.
