(NASDAQ: STRA) is an education services company that provides access to high-quality post-secondary education through campus-based and online offerings, as well as workforce development programs for employers and working adults. The company generated revenue of $1.3 billion in 2025 and operates primarily through three wholly-owned subsidiaries and reportable segments: U.S. Higher Education, Australia/New Zealand, and Education Technology Services.

The U.S. Higher Education segment comprises Capella University and Strayer University, both accredited post-secondary institutions. Capella University, founded in 1993, operates as an online institution offering undergraduate and graduate degree programs in business, information technology, healthcare administration, counseling, psychology, and related fields, with approximately 58 percent of its 51,753 students enrolled in master's and doctoral programs. Strayer University, founded in 1892, provides both online and campus-based undergraduate and graduate programs in business, criminal justice, education, health services, information technology, and public administration across 33,553 students. Strayer University also offers the Jack Welch Management Institute MBA program and non-degree coding bootcamps through Hackbright Academy and Devmountain. The USHE segment serves primarily working adults, with approximately 70 percent of students age 31 or older and 72 percent engaged in part-time study.

The Australia/New Zealand segment includes Torrens University, Think Education, and Media Design School, collectively serving 19,514 students. Torrens University, founded in 2013, is Australia's only investor-funded university and offers undergraduate, graduate, and specialized degree courses in business, design, health, hospitality, and education. Think Education operates as a vocational training organization and accredited higher education provider across Australian cities. Media Design School provides creative and technology qualifications in New Zealand.

The Education Technology Services segment develops employer-focused education solutions, including Workforce Edge, an education benefits administration platform serving 80 employer partners, and Sophia Learning, a subscription-based platform offering low-cost online general education courses transferable to over 100 partner institutions.
