The company is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and also issues bonds in Israeli markets through its British Virgin Islands subsidiary.
As of December 31, 2025, Strawberry Fields REIT maintains a portfolio of 133 healthcare properties containing 143 facilities with an aggregate of 15,602 licensed beds. The portfolio comprises 131 skilled nursing facilities, 10 assisted living facilities, and 2 long-term acute care hospitals distributed across ten states: Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. The company holds fee title to 132 properties and operates one property under a long-term lease.
