The company maintains its website at www.superiorgroupofcompanies.com and was originally organized in 1920, later redomiciled to Florida in 1998.
The company operates through three reportable business segments. The Branded Products segment, representing approximately 64 percent of net sales, produces customized merchandising solutions and promotional products under the signature brands BAMKO and HPI. These offerings serve customers across retail, food service, entertainment, technology, and transportation industries, with operations in the United States, Canada, and Brazil supported by services in China and India.
The Healthcare Apparel segment accounts for approximately 20 percent of net sales and manufactures a comprehensive range of healthcare products including scrubs, lab coats, protective apparel, and patient gowns. This segment operates under the brands Wink and Fashion Seal Healthcare, the trade name CID Resources, and a license of Carhartt Medical, selling primarily to healthcare laundries, distributors, retailers, and consumers throughout the United States.
The Contact Centers segment comprises approximately 16 percent of net sales and operates The Office Gurus entities, providing outsourced business process outsourcing and call-center support services to North American customers through facilities in El Salvador, Belize, the Dominican Republic, and the United States.

The Contact Centers segment represents the company's largest labor force at approximately 3,900 employees.
