The company's commercial portfolio includes eight approved products addressing multiple CNS indications. Qelbree is a novel non-stimulant treatment for attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder in pediatric and adult patients. GOCOVRI is an extended-release amantadine formulation indicated for dyskinesia and OFF episodes in Parkinson's disease patients. APOKYN and ONAPGO are apomorphine-based therapies for motor fluctuations in advanced Parkinson's disease, with ONAPGO representing the first subcutaneous infusion device in this category. Trokendi XR and Oxtellar XR are extended-release formulations for epilepsy and migraine prevention.
