Triumph Financial, Inc. (NYSE: TBK) is a financial holding company headquartered in Dallas, Texas that provides a diversified suite of banking, factoring, payments, and intelligence services primarily focused on the for-hire trucking ecosystem in the United States. The company operates through four reportable segments: Banking, which generated 57% of total segment revenue; Factoring, which contributed 31%; Payments, which accounted for 11%; and Intelligence, which represented 1% of revenue for the year ended December 31, 2025.
The Banking segment operates through TBK Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary with 63 deposit-taking branch offices concentrated in the front range of Colorado, the Quad Cities market in Iowa and Illinois, and Dallas, Texas. The bank offers traditional commercial and retail lending products including commercial real estate loans, construction loans, residential mortgages, agricultural loans, equipment financing, and asset-based lending. The Factoring segment purchases invoices from trucking companies at a discount to provide immediate working capital, with transportation factoring representing approximately 97% of the factoring portfolio. The company processed $11.699 billion in invoice purchases during 2025 and grew its net funds employed in factoring to $1.149 billion as of year-end 2025.
The Payments segment operates a network connecting brokers, shippers, factors, and carriers through invoice processing and settlement solutions. In 2025, the Payments segment processed 33.56 million invoices totaling $40.517 billion in payments. The segment also offers LoadPay, a digital banking product designed for trucking companies. The Intelligence segment, launched in the fourth quarter of 2024, provides data analytics and pricing solutions to the logistics industry following acquisitions of Isometric Technologies Inc. and Greenscreens AI Inc.
