The manufacturing segment produces marine transmissions, azimuth drives, surface drives, propellers, and boat management systems, along with power-shift transmissions, hydraulic torque converters, power take-offs, industrial clutches, control systems, and braking systems. The distribution segment operates sales offices, warehousing, and light assembly facilities across multiple regions. These product lines account for more than ninety percent of revenues.
Twin Disc serves customers primarily in the pleasure craft, commercial, and military marine markets, as well as the energy and natural resources, government, military, and industrial sectors. The company maintains manufacturing locations in the United States, Belgium, Canada, Finland, Italy, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. Distribution operations extend to Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, China, Japan, and Singapore. International sales represent approximately seventy-two percent of consolidated net sales.

In February 2025, Twin Disc completed the acquisition of Kobelt Manufacturing Co. Ltd., a manufacturer of controls, propulsion, steering, and braking systems based in Surrey, British Columbia, serving the marine, oil and gas, and industrial markets. This acquisition expanded the company's product portfolio and geographic reach.
Twin Disc was incorporated in Wisconsin in 1918 and has developed a portfolio of patents supporting its product innovations.
