The Retail segment, representing 85.7 percent of consolidated net sales, encompasses company-owned and franchisee-owned stores alongside digital channels for the Anthropologie, Free People, FP Movement, and Urban Outfitters brands. Anthropologie targets sophisticated women aged 28 to 45 with eclectic merchandise including apparel, accessories, home decor, and beauty products across 254 stores. Free People focuses on contemporary women aged 25 to 30 with casual apparel and activewear through 180 stores, while FP Movement offers performance activewear across 88 locations. Urban Outfitters serves young adults aged 18 to 28 through 253 stores featuring fashion apparel, home goods, and electronics. The company also operates Terrain garden centers and Menus & Venues dining establishments.
