Valmont Industries, Inc. (NYSE: VMI) is a diversified manufacturer of products and services for infrastructure and agriculture markets. Its Infrastructure segment supplies utility structures, lighting and transportation poles, highway safety systems, corrosion-protection coatings, telecommunications equipment and solar trackers to utilities, construction businesses, wireless carriers, solar developers and public agencies. Its Agriculture segment makes Valley® center-pivot and linear irrigation systems, parts and tubular products, and provides precision-agriculture technologies and services to growers. AgSense® products let farmers remotely monitor and control irrigation equipment and related systems. The company sells irrigation equipment and services through independent dealers, with about 250 locations in North America and 400 internationally across more than 60 countries. Valmont had 10,791 employees as of December 27, 2025, and operates more than 80 manufacturing facilities across six continents. Founded in 1946, it has been publicly traded since 1968.
