The company's business model combines boutique investment qualities with the benefits of a scaled, integrated operating and distribution platform. Victory Capital operates through eight distinct Investment Franchises and a Solutions Platform, each maintaining autonomy in their respective investment processes while benefiting from centralized distribution, marketing, and operational support. The Franchises include Integrity Asset Management, New Energy Capital, Pioneer Investments, RS Investments, Sycamore Capital, Trivalent Investments, Victory Income Investors, and WestEnd Advisors.
