The Weighing Solutions segment offers load cells, force measurement transducers, and vehicle weighing systems under brands such as VPG Transducers, Celtron, Revere, Sensortronics, Tedea-Huntleigh, Stress-Tek, and Vulcan. The Measurement Systems segment provides specialized equipment for steel production, materials development, and safety testing through KELK, Dynamic Systems Inc., Pacific Instruments, and Diversified Technical Systems.

VPG employs approximately 2,100 full-time employees, with roughly 84 percent located outside the United States. The company maintains manufacturing operations in Israel, the United States, Canada, India, Germany, Japan, Sweden, the United Kingdom, China, Taiwan, and France. Manufacturing facilities hold certifications including ISO 9001, AS 9100 for aerospace, IATF 16949 for automotive, and ISO/IEC 17025 for testing laboratories.

The company was spun off from Vishay Intertechnology in 2010 and has since completed six strategic acquisitions that expanded its product portfolio and market reach. VPG's competitive advantages include proprietary foil resistor and strain gage technology, strong customer relationships built through field application engineers, global manufacturing and distribution infrastructure, and a portfolio of recognized brands.
