Vita Coco is one of the largest brands globally in the coconut and plant waters category and serves as a large supplier of private label coconut water to major retailers.
The company operates through two reportable segments: the Americas segment, which comprises operations primarily in the United States and Canada and accounts for approximately 83 percent of consolidated total net revenue, and the International segment, which includes operations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific regions. Coconut water represents 96 percent of total revenue, with the Vita Coco brand serving as the market leader in the coconut water category in the United States with greater than 40 percent market share and commanding 80 percent market share in the United Kingdom.
Beyond its flagship coconut water offerings, Vita Coco's branded portfolio includes Vita Coco Coconut Oil, Vita Coco Coconut Milk, Vita Coco Treats, Vita Coco Coconut Juice, Farmers Organic, and PWR LIFT, a protein-infused fitness drink.
