Vontier Corporation (NYSE: VT) is a global industrial technology company headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina and operates through three reportable segments: Mobility Technologies, Repair Solutions, and Environmental & Fueling Solutions. The company unites productivity, automation, and multi-energy technologies to serve the rapidly evolving mobility ecosystem. Vontier was incorporated in 2019 and separated from Fortive Corporation on October 9, 2020, to operate as an independent, publicly-traded company. The company's website is www.vontier.com.
Mobility Technologies provides digitally enabled equipment and operating software solutions across convenience retail, fleet solutions, and auto repair markets. This segment includes Invenco, which offers point-of-sale and payment solutions for convenience stores and energy retailers; DRB, serving the car wash industry with integrated technology platforms; Teletrac Navman, providing telematics and fleet management solutions; ANGI, offering alternative fuel dispensing and compression systems; and Driivz, delivering electric vehicle charging and energy management platforms.
Repair Solutions comprises Matco Tools, a leading manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket vehicle repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and software through a network of mobile franchisees serving professional mechanics.
Environmental & Fueling Solutions, anchored by Gilbarco Veeder-Root and Veeder-Root brands, manufactures solutions for safety, environmental compliance, and fueling efficiency, serving retail and commercial fueling operators globally with environmental monitoring systems, forecourt controllers, and fuel dispenser systems.
Vontier employs approximately 7,800 persons across approximately 25 countries, with roughly 3,300 employees in the United States and 4,500 outside the United States. The company serves three primary end markets: convenience retail, fleet solutions, and auto repair, marketing to retail and commercial fueling operators, convenience store operators, car wash operators, electric vehicle charging network operators, fleet owners and operators, and commercial vehicle repair businesses.
The company operates under the Vontier Business System, applying proprietary growth, lean, and leadership tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation. As of December 31, 2025, backlog totaled $615.7 million, with the majority expected to be fulfilled within the first half of 2026.
