Voyager Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: VT) is a purpose-built defense technology and space solutions company focused on delivering mission-critical capabilities across national security, space exploration and infrastructure, and commercial space markets. The company operates through three primary segments: Defense & National Security, Space Solutions, and Starlab Space Stations.

The Defense & National Security segment provides innovative solutions including controllable solid propulsion technology for missile defense programs, signals intelligence systems leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning, space-qualified communications systems, guidance and navigation technologies, and advanced space maneuver capabilities. The Space Solutions segment delivers space infrastructure, advanced space technology systems, and mission services, including the Bishop Airlock attached to the International Space Station and comprehensive space science and mission management services. The Starlab Space Stations segment is developing Starlab, a commercial replacement for the International Space Station planned for launch in 2029, operated through a majority-owned joint venture with international partners including Airbus, Mitsubishi, MDA Space, and Palantir.

Founded in 2019, Voyager has grown through strategic acquisitions, completing twelve acquisitions since inception. The company generated revenue of $166.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2025. Recent acquisitions include ElectroMagnetic Systems, Inc., ExoTerra Resources, LLC, and Estes Energetics, which expanded capabilities in artificial intelligence-based target recognition, electric propulsion systems, and energetics manufacturing respectively. Voyager operates approximately 800 employees across 14 locations and serves as the largest commercial user of the International Space Station globally, having executed over 1,400 missions and managed more than 1,000 customer space missions for organizations across over 35 nations.

The company's business model operates flexibly as both prime contractor and merchant supplier or subcontractor. Voyager has received $183.2 million in cumulative cash proceeds under a $217.5 million NASA development grant for Starlab design, with $34.3 million remaining as of December 31, 2025.
