The company operates through approximately 305 locations including manufacturing, research and development, service, and training facilities across roughly 75 countries worldwide. As of December 31, 2025, Weatherford employs approximately 16,700 people globally, with roughly nine percent of the workforce covered by union contracts.
The company's business is organized into three reportable segments. The Drilling and Evaluation segment offers managed pressure drilling, drilling services, wireline, and drilling fluids solutions. The Well Construction and Completions segment provides tubular running services, cementation products, completions tools, liner hangers, and well services focused on well integrity assurance. The Production and Intervention segment delivers intervention services, artificial lift systems, digital solutions, subsea intervention, and pressure pumping services for production optimization and responsible well abandonment.
