Founded in 1964 to serve public agencies in mid-sized communities, Willdan has expanded through organic growth and strategic acquisitions to become a comprehensive provider of energy solutions and infrastructure consulting services. Willdan operates through two primary business segments: Energy, which represents 85 percent of consolidated contract revenue, and Engineering and Consulting, which comprises 15 percent. The Energy segment delivers specialized solutions including energy efficiency consulting, program design and implementation, direct customer support, and turnkey facility projects. Services encompass comprehensive audits, demand reduction strategies, grid optimization, AI data center power solutions, construction management, and measurement and verification services.
