The company operates through an extensive network of approximately 260 branch locations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, serving over 85,000 customers across 15 distinct end markets.

The company's core business centers on leasing modular space units and portable storage containers, complemented by a comprehensive portfolio of value-added products and services. WillScot's modular space offerings include panelized and stackable offices, single-wide mobile offices, section modulars, classroom units, ground level offices, blast-resistant modules, and clearspan structures. Its portable storage solutions encompass standard steel containers, climate-controlled containers, refrigerated trailers, and specialized storage systems. The company also provides an extensive array of value-added products including workstations and furniture, power and connectivity solutions, security systems, entrance packages, sanitation services, lighting, organization systems, and perimeter fencing solutions.

As of December 31, 2025, WillScot operated a fleet of over 304,000 units representing approximately 100 million square feet of relocatable commercial space and a net book value of $3.1 billion.
