(NYSE: WT) is a global financial innovator that offers a diverse suite of exchange-traded products, or ETPs, model portfolios and solutions, private market investments and digital asset-related products. The company operates through its subsidiaries in the United States and Europe, serving financial advisors, institutional investors, banks, brokerage firms, registered investment advisers and online brokers. As of December 31, 2025, WisdomTree managed approximately $144.5 billion in assets under management across a broad range of strategies including equities, commodities, fixed income, leveraged-and-inverse, cryptocurrency, currency, alternatives and private assets.
The company's product offerings span multiple categories. U.S. equity ETPs provide exposure to large, mid and small-cap companies and market sectors. Commodity and currency ETPs offer exposure to precious metals, energy, agriculture and foreign currencies. International developed market equity ETPs include currency-hedged and multifactor strategies. Fixed income ETPs seek to enhance income potential through both indexed and active strategies. The company also offers emerging market equity, leveraged and inverse, cryptocurrency and alternative strategy ETPs. Through its October 2025 acquisition of Ceres Partners, LLC, WisdomTree entered the private assets market with approximately $1.9 billion in farmland-based investment strategies.
WisdomTree's digital assets strategy includes WisdomTree Connect, an institutional platform providing direct access to digital funds through self-hosted or custodial wallets, and WisdomTree Prime, a blockchain-native digital wallet offering direct-to-consumer access to bitcoin, ether, tokenized gold, U.S. dollar tokens and digital funds. The company's Treasury Money Market Digital Fund accumulated $733.3 million in assets by year-end 2025.
The company employs 360 full-time employees globally, with 236 in the United States and 124 in Europe. WisdomTree operates as the 15th largest ETP sponsor globally and is known for pioneering the Modern Alpha approach, which combines active management's outperformance potential with passive management's cost efficiency.
