Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
State Street Utilities Select Sector SPDR ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that, before expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of publicly traded equity securities of companies in the Utilities Select Sector Index (the Index).
The fund employs a replication strategy, investing in substantially all securities of the Utilities Select Sector Index in approximately the same proportions, holding at least 95% of assets in Index constituents. The Index comprises U.S. utility companies—electric, water, multi-utility, independent power and renewable electricity producers, and gas utilities—selected from the S&P 500 and weighted by a modified market capitalization methodology.
