Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
The investment objective of the Portfolio is to seek total return.
The fund allocates approximately 70% to domestic and international equities and 30% to fixed income and real estate, with day-to-day management delegated to multiple subadvisers who employ top-down economic analysis and bottom-up research using proprietary quantitative models. The subadvisers adjust allocations based on changing market expectations and may select securities on expected total return rather than yield alone. A liquidity overlay of 15–25% of net assets uses derivatives and cash instruments to manage portfolio risk, implement tactical allocation shifts, and handle redemptions. Because subadviser decisions depend on their proprietary models and market views, fund performance will diverge from any benchmark.
