Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
The AMG Yacktman Focused Funds (the Fund) investment objective is to seek long-term capital appreciation and, to a lesser extent, current income.
The fund is managed by subadviser Yacktman Asset Management, which selects securities across market capitalizations based on a disciplined process seeking companies with good business fundamentals, shareholder-oriented management, or low valuation. The fund invests primarily in equities but may hold up to 20% in debt securities including high-yield bonds, and maintains flexibility to concentrate assets in a small number of issuers, sectors, or industries at the subadviser's discretion. Because the fund is non-diversified and may invest substantially in few issuers, performance depends heavily on those individual security selections.

Return profile

| Share class | 1-year | 3-year | 5-year | Vol | Worst fall |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| +46.35% | +62.42% | +67.84% | 16.65% | -7.98% | |
| +46.58% | +63.40% | +69.50% | 16.56% | -7.91% |
These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 1.66pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 0.33pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
