The fund invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks of large-capitalization companies comparable to those in the Russell 1000 Index or S&P 500 Index, using fundamental analysis of financial condition, industry position, and market conditions to select growth or value stocks across domestic and foreign issuers. Derivatives may be used to gain exposure to these investments or their underlying risk factors. The fund's returns depend on the success of its security selection.
