Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

Current income and preservation of capital, consistent with Islamic principles. Current income is its primary objective.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in dividend-paying common stocks selected according to Islamic principles and sustainability criteria, excluding companies engaged in alcohol, tobacco, weapons, gambling, interest-based finance, and fossil fuel exploration or production. The adviser uses a proprietary scoring system that assesses environmental, social, and governance practices relative to industry and sector peers. Up to 20% of assets may be invested in a wholly-owned Cayman Islands subsidiary that holds murabaha and wakala investments—Islamic income-producing instruments structured around asset ownership and profit-sharing rather than interest payments. Because security selection depends on the adviser's sustainability assessments and Islamic screening, fund holdings will differ from any benchmark.

Stocks91.91%

These positions come to 91.91% of net assets. Not everything a fund owns is reported as a holding — uninvested cash is collected at fund level instead — so the total is not expected to reach 100%.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 2.05pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 0.41pp a year — not a difference in what they own.

Cumulative return· Jun 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
