Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Fund seeks long-term capital growth.
The fund employs fundamental analysis to construct a diversified portfolio of non-US equities, selecting undervalued companies with strong balance sheets, free cash flow generation, and shareholder-oriented management. Position sizes are scaled to the discount between market price and the manager's estimate of intrinsic value, with larger positions taken where the discount is greatest. Because returns depend on the manager's valuation estimates and security selections, performance will diverge from any index. The fund invests at least 80% in non-US equities but may hold debt securities and equity-linked instruments to a limited extent.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 1.90pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 0.38pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
