Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation.
The fund actively selects non-U.S. small-cap value companies by screening for higher profitability and value characteristics, defined mainly through adjusted book-to-price and cash-flow-to-book ratios, then weights holdings using market capitalization as a baseline adjusted for those characteristics. The fund maintains at least 80% of assets in companies with market capitalizations not exceeding that of the largest constituent in the MSCI World ex USA Small Cap Index. Because security selection depends on estimated company financials and market data that may prove inaccurate or change, portfolio holdings and weightings may diverge from the fund's intended profile.
