Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The investment objective of the BBH Partner Fund International Equity (the Fund) is to provide investors with long -term maximization of total return, primarily through capital appreciation.
The fund employs a manager of managers approach, allocating assets between two sub-advisers—Select Equity Group and Trinity Street—who handle day-to-day portfolio management. Select Equity Group identifies large-cap non-U.S. businesses with defensible market positions and durable franchise value through fundamental research, while Trinity Street pursues an unconstrained strategy focused on large-cap companies where it believes market-recognized earnings and cash flow drivers are undervalued. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities across developed and emerging markets outside the United States, with emerging markets capped at 35% of assets. Because the fund may concentrate holdings in a limited number of issuers, performance will depend on the success of those specific positions.
