Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The fund seeks long-term total return.
The fund invests at least 80% of assets in stocks of developed-market companies, primarily large-cap firms with market capitalizations of $20 billion or more at purchase. Walter Scott & Partners Limited, a sub-adviser, selects individual securities through bottom-up fundamental research, screening company financials for broad absolute and trend criteria that suggest sustainable long-term growth potential. The fund typically sells a security when it no longer meets the characteristics that prompted purchase, or when valuation reaches fair value or fundamentals deteriorate. Because returns depend on Walter Scott's security selection, the fund's performance will diverge from any benchmark.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 5.93pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 1.19pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
