Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The funds investment objective is long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of companies with significant exposure to developing countries, selecting stocks that the investment adviser judges to represent attractively valued, long-term opportunities. At least 30% of assets must be in equities of issuers domiciled in qualified developing countries, a curated list maintained by the adviser that includes over 60 nations ranging from Argentina and Brazil to Vietnam and Zambia. The fund is nondiversified, meaning it may invest a greater portion of its assets in fewer issuers than would otherwise be the case. Because security selection depends on the adviser's judgment of value and opportunity, fund performance will diverge from any benchmark.
