Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The fund seeks dividend income, growth of dividend income and long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in dividend-paying equity securities or those expected to initiate dividends within 12 to 24 months, with a subadviser selecting companies based on strong balance sheets, dividend profiles, and potential for capital appreciation. The subadviser seeks undervalued or unrecognized assets and emphasizes current dividend levels alongside dividend growth, while also considering earnings prospects, management quality and industry position. The fund may hold up to 50% in foreign issuers and invests across all market capitalizations. Because the fund will reassess holdings that reduce or terminate dividends, portfolio composition depends on dividend policy changes by underlying companies.

Cumulative return· Jul 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
