Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
Long-term growth of capital.
The fund invests in common stocks of foreign companies trading at significant discounts to the portfolio managers' assessment of intrinsic value, which is based on factors including discounted future free cash flows, returns on capital relative to cost of capital, and comparable private market valuations. The fund may hold companies of any size worldwide, including those in emerging markets, though emerging market exposure is normally limited to 15% of net assets at purchase. Because returns depend on the portfolio managers' valuation judgments and security selections, performance will diverge from any benchmark.
