What this fund is
Objective, as filed

The investment objective of the Dimensional International Core Equity 2 ETF (the International Core Equity 2 ETF or Portfolio) is to achieve long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy, summarised

The fund invests in a broad portfolio of developed-market non-U.S. equities with meaningfully increased exposure to smaller-capitalization, lower-priced, and higher-profitability companies relative to their weight in the market-capitalization-weighted universe. The manager adjusts positions based on shorter-term factors including price momentum and investment characteristics, and uses flexible trading to manage costs. Because the fund's selection tilts away from the market-cap-weighted benchmark, its returns will diverge from that benchmark.
