Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The investment objective of the Dimensional International Value ETF (the International Value ETF or Portfolio) is to achieve long-term capital appreciation while minimizing federal income taxes on returns.
The fund invests in large-capitalization companies in developed markets outside the U.S. that trade at low prices relative to book value, earnings, or cash flow, and may overweight smaller large-cap stocks, those with higher profitability, or those with favorable price momentum. The manager actively trades to minimize realized capital gains and defer taxation, and may adjust positions based on shorter-term factors including momentum and reversals. Because the fund does not track a fixed index and actively manages its holdings, its composition and performance may diverge materially from any benchmark.
