Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The Fund seeks long-term growth of principal and income.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in a diversified global portfolio of medium-to-large companies selected for appearing undervalued relative to their long-term profit growth prospects, with at least 40% of assets in non-U.S. securities and at least 80% in equities. The manager evaluates companies on valuation, financial strength, earnings and cash flow potential, competitive position, management quality, and material environmental, social, and governance factors, alongside the political and economic stability of their home countries. Because security selection depends on the manager's assessment of undervaluation and growth outlook, fund returns will diverge from any benchmark index.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 0.58pp spread over 3 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 0.19pp a year — not a difference in what they own.

Cumulative return· Jul 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
