Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Funds investment objective is total return.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests substantially all its assets through a separate registered investment company (the Portfolio) and employs a top-down macroeconomic approach to construct country-level and sector equity exposures in emerging and frontier markets, with up to 20% in developed markets and up to 20% in income investments. The investment sub-adviser, which makes day-to-day decisions, uses index derivatives and equity securities to target countries with strengthening macro indicators while considering financially material ESG factors when relevant. The fund may concentrate up to 35% of assets in a single industry if that industry represents more than 20% of its blended benchmark index, and as of January 2026 held 31.2% in banking. Because the fund does not set particular exposure levels to any index and constructs positions through both securities and derivatives, its holdings and returns may diverge from any benchmark.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.
