Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Funds investment objective is to provide a high level of current income.
The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in floating rate loans, primarily senior secured loans of below-investment-grade borrowers, supplemented by junior loans, other floating rate debt, and money market instruments; the adviser uses fundamental analysis to select loans based on risk-return characteristics and maintains broad diversification across borrowers and industries. Senior loans are secured with collateral and rank ahead of subordinated debt, but the fund's exposure to below-investment-grade credit quality and junior positions creates vulnerability to issuer defaults and loss of principal. The fund may invest up to 25% in foreign loans denominated in major currencies and uses derivatives to hedge currency and interest rate risk.
