Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
The Funds investment objective is to achieve long-term, after-tax returns for shareholders through investing in a diversified portfolio of equity securities.
The fund invests primarily in common stocks of growth companies that the adviser believes offer above-average growth, predictability and stability at reasonable valuations relative to fundamental value, with up to 25% of assets in foreign securities including those of emerging-market companies. The fund may also hold exchange-traded funds and real estate investment trusts to manage cash or gain sector exposure. Because buy and sell decisions balance investment merit against tax efficiency, seeking to minimize distributions of ordinary income and capital gains, the fund's portfolio composition depends on both fundamental analysis and tax considerations alongside market prices.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 8.76pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 1.75pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
