Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The investment objective of the Emerging Markets Social Core Equity Portfolio (the Portfolio) is long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in a broad, market-capitalization-weighted universe of emerging-market equities while systematically tilting toward smaller-capitalization, lower-price, and higher-profitability companies relative to their market weights, and excludes companies involved in weapons production, tobacco, gambling, thermal coal, and other activities identified by its social screens. The fund also adjusts positions based on shorter-term factors including price momentum and investment characteristics, and uses flexible trading to manage transaction costs. Because the fund's holdings and their weights diverge from the market-cap-weighted index through both the systematic tilts and the social screens, performance may differ materially from emerging-market benchmarks.
