The fund invests primarily in common stocks of non-U.S. companies, selected through fundamental analysis of financial condition, industry position, and market conditions, with allocations spread across different countries and regions. An issuer is considered non-U.S. if it is domiciled outside the U.S., derives at least 50% of revenues or holds at least 50% of assets in a particular country or region, or trades primarily on a non-U.S. exchange.
