Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

Fidelity Enhanced International ETF seeks capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks in the MSCI EAFE Index, a market-capitalization-weighted index of developed-market equities outside the U.S. and Canada, and applies a research-driven framework screening for valuation, growth, quality, and other factors to select a broadly diversified portfolio intended to outperform the index. Because the fund's stock selection depends on its proprietary screening process rather than full index replication, its returns may diverge from those of the MSCI EAFE Index.
