Fidelity Series Overseas Fund seeks long-term growth of capital.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in non-U.S. securities, primarily common stocks, selected through fundamental analysis of financial condition, industry position, and market conditions across different countries and regions. An issuer is considered non-U.S. if it is classified by a third-party vendor to a non-U.S. country, derives at least 50% of revenues or assets from a particular non-U.S. country or region, or trades primarily on a non-U.S. exchange. Because security selection depends on the manager's fundamental analysis, fund holdings and returns may diverge from any particular index or peer group.
