Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

First Eagle Gold Fund (Gold Fund or the Fund) seeks to provide investors the opportunity to participate in the investment characteristics of gold (and to a limited extent other precious metals) for a portion of their overall investment portfolio.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in gold, gold mining securities, and other gold-industry issuers, with up to 20% in unrelated equities and debt; it may also hold precious metals futures and other fixed income instruments. Some exposure is obtained through a wholly-owned Cayman Islands subsidiary, which may hold up to 25% of the fund's total assets and invests in commodities and commodity-linked derivatives. The fund is non-diversified and concentrates its holdings in a smaller number of issuers than a diversified fund, which means performance depends on the success of those particular positions.
