Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The First Trust NASDAQ Technology Dividend Index Fund (the Fund ) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Funds fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Nasdaq Technology Dividend TM Index (the Index ).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Nasdaq Technology Dividend Index using a full replication approach, holding securities of up to 100 technology and telecommunications companies selected for regular dividend payments and weighted by trailing 12-month dividend value, with technology companies capped at 80% and telecommunications at 20%. The index is reconstituted semi-annually and rebalanced quarterly, which may produce higher portfolio turnover. Because the fund holds all index constituents, its returns will correspond closely to the index before fees and expenses.
