Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
To seek to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Morningstar Developed Markets ex-North America Dividend Enhanced Select Index SM (the Underlying Index).
The fund tracks the Morningstar Developed Markets ex-North America Dividend Enhanced Select Index using a passive approach, holding securities from that index which are selected and weighted through an optimization process designed to deliver higher dividend yield than the parent index while constraining tracking error through limits on individual stock, sector, and country weightings. The fund may use representative sampling rather than holding all index constituents, which could cause its returns to diverge from the index. The index includes some non-dividend-paying stocks as a result of the optimization constraints applied to maintain broad market exposure.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.
Derivatives are shown at market value, not notional exposure.
