Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The FT Vest S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Target Income ETF (the Fund ) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Funds fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Cboe S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Target Income Index Monthly Series (the Index ).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Cboe S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Target Income Index, which holds stocks of S&P 500 companies with at least 25 consecutive years of dividend increases and sells monthly covered call options on those stocks to generate income targeting approximately 8% above the S&P 500's dividend yield. Day-to-day investment decisions are delegated to sub-adviser Vest Financial LLC. Because the fund sells call options, capital appreciation is capped when stock prices rise above the option strike prices, potentially limiting total returns relative to the S&P 500 Index. The fund may sell securities to meet its income target, which can result in return-of-capital distributions and reduced tax efficiency.
