Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Global X MLP ETF ("Fund") seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive MLP Infrastructure Index ("Underlying Index").

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Solactive MLP Infrastructure Index using a replication strategy, holding securities of midstream and downstream master limited partnerships engaged in transportation, storage, compression services, marketing, distribution, and processing of natural resources in approximately the same proportions as the index. The fund is non-diversified and may invest a larger percentage of its assets in a smaller number of issuers than a diversified fund. Because the fund may use representative sampling when replication is impractical or costly, its performance may diverge from the index. The fund will be taxed as a regular corporation and does not qualify as a regulated investment company.
