The Global X Silver Miners ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Global Silver Miners Total Return Index (the "Underlying Index").
The fund tracks the Solactive Global Silver Miners Total Return Index using a replication strategy, holding securities of companies engaged in silver mining and closely related activities such as exploration and refining in approximately the same proportions as the index. The fund is non-diversified and may invest a larger percentage of its assets in a smaller number of issuers than a diversified fund. When a replication strategy would be detrimental or impractical, the fund may use representative sampling, which could cause its performance to diverge from the index.
