The Global X U.S. Infrastructure Development ETF ("Fund") seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Indxx U.S. Infrastructure Development Index ("Underlying Index").
The fund tracks the Indxx U.S. Infrastructure Development Index using a replication strategy, holding securities in approximately the same proportions as the index. The index selects U.S.-listed companies deriving significant revenue from construction and engineering services, raw materials and composites, products and equipment, or industrial transportation, and requiring greater than 50% of revenues from the United States. Because the fund may use representative sampling when replication is impractical or costly, its performance may diverge from the index. The fund is concentrated in industrials and materials companies to the same extent as the underlying index.
