Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Goldman Sachs ActiveBeta International Equity ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Goldman Sachs ActiveBeta International Equity Index (the Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Goldman Sachs ActiveBeta International Equity Index, which holds developed-market equities outside the United States selected and weighted by a rules-based methodology that scores each security on four factors—value, momentum, quality, and low volatility—then combines equal-weighted subindexes for each factor. The fund may purchase a sample of index securities or substitute securities it deems appropriate, which could cause its returns to diverge from the index. The fund may concentrate its holdings in particular industries to the extent its index does.
