Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Goldman Sachs International Equity Insights Fund (the Fund) seeks long-term growth of capital.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equities of non-U.S. issuers across at least three countries, using quantitative models combined with fundamental research to identify mispricings, high-quality businesses, favorable sentiment shifts, and companies positioned for market themes. The portfolio management team applies both bottom-up stock selection and top-down country and currency positioning. Because the fund's selections depend on the Investment Adviser's proprietary models and discretionary decisions that may deviate from model outputs, performance may diverge from the MSCI EAFE Index benchmark.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.

Derivatives are shown at market value, not notional exposure.
